Our hidden ducted heat-pump air conditioning systems provide discreet cooling and heating through slim grilles.
The room unit is concealed within a ceiling void, bulkhead or purpose-built joinery. This lets the air conditioning blend into the interior, with only the supply and return-air grilles visible.
It is an excellent option if you are refurbishing your home or want the most discreet possible finish. It is particularly suitable for listed buildings and architecturally sensitive properties.

How Much Does Multi-Room Air Conditioning Cost?
One correctly sized internal condenser can serve more than one room unit, depending on the system and property. Adding another room does not simply mean repeating the first-room price. A multi-room installation may require:

Our Full Six-Year Parts and Labour Warranty
* Every Cool You installation includes our full 6-year parts and labour warranty, covering the room unit, internal condenser, and all refrigeration pipework, subject to a signed maintenance agreement. This means you can relax, knowing your system is protected long after installation. For additional components such as the condensate pump (where fitted) and plumbing connections at the condenser, we provide a 1-year warranty, giving you clear, comprehensive cover across every part of your system.
Full warranty terms will be provided with your quotation.
Air Conditioning Maintenance Costs
Regular maintenance helps protect system performance and is required to maintain the full six-year parts and labour warranty.
Domestic Maintenance Costs
Our residential maintenance charges are:
- First room unit: £175 + VAT per visit (£210 inc.VAT)
- Each additional unit: £65 + VAT (£78 inc.VAT)
- First maintenance: approximately six months after installation
- Subsequent maintenance: normally once a year
This is equivalent to £210 including VAT for the first unit and £78 including VAT for each additional unit.
Commercial Maintenance Costs
Commercial systems are normally maintained every six months.
- First room unit: £175 + VAT per visit
- Each additional unit: £65 + VAT
We will confirm the recommended maintenance schedule as part of your quotation.
