Air conditioning – Highbury Stadium Square development
We have installed air conditioning in several apartments in the Highbury Stadium Square development (East, West, North, and South Stand), Highbury N5. The development is the former home of Arsenal Football Club, and parts of it are Grade II listed.
As with many modern apartments, a large area of glass generates heat. The owners could not fit a traditional external condenser box. Also, our clients could not drill any holes in the external walls of the building.
The only air conditioning solution available to them was our A** rated energy efficient DC inverter water cooled internal condensers that allow everything to be retained within the property.
In each apartment, the central boiler/utility room housed the internal condenser, and all pipework was routed through the ceiling void, keeping everything hidden.
No planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems.
For these projects, we installed a combination of:
O3.5kw and 5.3Kw DC Inverter water cooled condensers
