Carlisle Mansions is an apartment building of historical interest within the Westminster Cathedral conservation area. Being in a conservation area means the building is subject to planning restrictions, preventing the use of external condenser units. Our fully internal systems were the only quality air conditioning solution available to the apartment owners.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in a utility cupboard serving the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. This was sufficient to efficiently neutralise the heat build-up throughout.
