A CASE STUDY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRIPLE DC INVERTER WATER COOLED CONDENSER TO AIR CONDITION A TOWN HOUSE
We have recently installed air conditioning within a modern riverside 3-storey townhouse, set within the Carrara Wharf development close to Putney High Street and Fulham.
Due to planning restrictions, the owner of the property was not allowed to fit a traditional external condenser, nor were they allowed to drill any holes in the external walls of the building.
Providing a solution to these restrictions, we proposed the installation of our internal condenser air conditioning system. With this system, everything is contained within the apartment.
To install this system within the property, we installed a triple internal water cooled DC Inverter condenser behind the washing machine in the utility room. This was linked to quiet DC inverter high wall units in the kitchen/dining room, the living room and master bedroom.
Our engineers were able to run the refrigerant pipework through all three floors from the condenser to the room units, with minimal disruption to the existing decor. The majority of the pipework was installed behind false walls.
As with the majority of air conditioning systems that we install, no planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems in this property.
