Fully internal air conditioning system in Commodore House, a new apartment building in East London

At Commodore House, a cutting-edge apartment building in East London, Cool You has installed an innovative, fully internal air conditioning system. The system is tailored to meet the needs of modern urban living. The building is located in the prestigious Royal Docks development in Newham. This property features spacious open-plan kitchens that seamlessly connect to the living and dining areas. Large windows complement the layout, bringing in plenty of natural light. However, these design elements can also cause significant heat buildup, making a robust air-conditioning solution essential.

Savva, Managing Director of Cool You, led this project, overseeing each retrofit installation. Our skilled team worked efficiently, completing the installations within one day. This ensured that residents enjoyed minimal disruption to their daily routines. Each apartment now boasts a powerful internal condenser and a sophisticated high-wall unit. The condenser is discreetly installed in the utility cupboard, effectively removing excess heat from the living spaces.

Typical installations in these apartments feature state-of-the-art technology, including a high-efficiency DC Inverter Internal Condenser. This system works seamlessly with a whisper-quiet High Wall Room Unit strategically placed in the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This design allows residents to enjoy a comfortable environment without the noise and intrusion often associated with traditional air conditioning systems. With Cool You’s advanced solution, Commodore House residents can relax comfortably, no matter the weather outside.

A fully internal air conditioning system in Commodore House typically includes:

● A state-of-the-art DC Inverter Internal Condenser that serves a whisper-quiet High Wall Room Unit in the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area.
