Fully internal air conditioning system in Commodore House, a new apartment building in East London

We have recently completed installations in this newly constructed apartment building, part of  Royal Docks, a unique waterfront development in Newham in East London. Like many new developments in London, these apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows, contributing to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. A single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard in each case. This condenser is a sleek high wall unit in the kitchen/living/dining area that efficiently neutralises the heat build-up.
