FULLY INTERNAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IN COMMODORE HOUSE, A NEW APARTMENT BUILDING IN EAST LONDON

We have recently completed installations in this newly completed apartment building, part of  Royal Docks, a unique waterfront development in Newham in East London. Like many new developments in London, these apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows that contribute to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Technical Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard. The internal condensers serve a sleek high wall unit in the kitchen/living/dining area that efficiently neutralised the heat build-up throughout.

For these apartments a typical install would be:

● A state of the art DC Inverter Internal Condenser that serves a whisper-quiet High Wall Room Unit in the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area.
