Situated at the centre of London’s oldest district, St Jame’s, Dalmeny Court is in the Mayfair Conservation Area and is subject to planning restrictions. Our recent installations were part of refurbishments within the apartments, that allowed for a concealed ducted solution.
Planned out by Cool You’s Technical Director, Savva, our specialist install team worked closely with the client’s contractors throughout the refurbishments.
For these apartments a typical install would be:
● A state of the art DC Inverter Internal Condenser in the utility cupboard that serves the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with a concealed ducted room units. Custom grilles were provided to complement the interior design within each apartment.
