Apartment Air Con in Dalmeny Court, in the Mayfair Conservation Area

Situated at the centre of London’s oldest district, St Jame’s, Dalmeny Court is in the Mayfair Conservation Area and is subject to planning restrictions. Our recent installations of apartment air con were part of refurbishments within the apartments that allowed for a concealed ducted solution.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team worked closely with the client’s contractors throughout the refurbishments.

For these apartments, a typical install would be:

● A state-of-the-art DC Inverter Internal Condenser in the utility cupboard serves the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with a concealed ducted room unit. Custom grilles were provided to complement the interior design within each apartment.
