We have recently completed installations in Distillery Wharf, a dockside apartment building. The apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows contributing to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard. This serves a sleek high wall unit in the kitchen/living/dining area that efficiently neutralised the heat build-up throughout each apartment.
