Multi-Split Internal Condenser (Water Cooled) Air Conditioning Installation in Chelsea
Cool You UK have recently installed a multi-split air conditioning system within an apartment on Draycott Avenue, Chelsea.
As with many apartment developments, the owner was not allowed to fit a traditional external condenser box, nor was he allowed to drill any holes in the external walls of the building. He contacted Cool You UK after an extensive search for a system he would be allowed to use and was impressed with our revolutionary internal condenser water cooled air conditioning system that allows everything to be retained within the apartment.
With this project, there were four rooms to be air conditioned, three bedrooms and living room. During the site survey, our engineers specified a triple multi-split internal condenser for the three bedrooms and a single internal condenser for the living room area.
The multi-split condenser was fitted securely in the bathroom and will be closed in with matching cupboards along side. This serves three high wall room units, one in each of the bedrooms. The room units are able to run independently via the use of their own infra-red remote control. For the living room, we installed the internal condenser in the adjacent kitchen, which allowed the pipework to be easily hidden. This fed into high wall room unit.
The project required careful planning to minimise disruption and took four working days to complete. No planning permission was required to fit our internal condenser water cooled air conditioning systems. On completion of the installation, the client was delighted and commented, “Thanks Julian, the systems are great and have been very well installed”.
For this project we installed:
1 x 3.8kw High Wall Unit
1 x 3.8kw Internal Water Condensing Unit
1 x Triple 5.4kw Multi-split Internal Water Condensing Unit
3 x 2.5kw High Wall Units
