ENERGY EFFICIENT FULLY INTERNAL AIR CONDITIONING WITHIN APARTMENTS IN DICKENS YARD, EALING

This apartment, located within the Dicken’s Yard development, is on the doorstep of Ealing Broadway in West London. Like many modern apartment buildings, it gets very warm. The owners wanted air conditioning but were not allowed to fit a traditional external condenser box, nor were they allowed to drill any holes in the external walls of the building.

The best solution to air condition this new apartment was our internal condenser air conditioning system that allowed everything to be retained within their apartment.

For this installation, a water-cooled condenser was installed in the washing machine cupboard to supply an energy-efficient quiet DC inverter high wall unit in the open plan kitchen/living room area.

Our technical team connected the refrigerant pipework between the condenser and the room unit through an adjoining wall with minimal disruption to the existing decor.

No planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems in these apartments.

For this project, we installed:
1 x 3.5kw (12,000 Btu) DC Inverter water cooled condenser
1 x 3.5kw (12,000 Btu) DC Inverter cooling high wall unit
