Apartment Air Conditioning Installation in Flagstaff House

Cool You UK have recently installed air conditioning within an apartment 
at Flagstaff House, a landmark riverside development on the south bank of the River Thames next to Vauxhall Bridge, Central London.

As with many contemporary apartment buildings, extensive glazing has been used to take full advantage of the spectacular panorama. Obviously, the views of the river are superb, but the large area of glass also generates a lot of heat in this apartment.

To manage the temperature within the apartment, the owners wished to fit air conditioning. The design of the building would not allow them to fit a traditional external condenser box, nor were they allowed to drill any holes in the external walls of the building for a through the wall system.

The only way to efficiently air condition this apartment, was our revolutionary water cooled air conditioning system that allows everything to be retained within the apartment, using the cold water supply and waste water pipework.

The water condenser was installed under the sink in the kitchen and plumbed into the water system. A 7kw/24000btu water cooled high wall unit was fitted in the kitchen/living area of the apartment.

We were able to run the pipework through the ceiling void allowing it to be hidden.

No planning permission was required to fit our water cooled air conditioning system in this apartment.
