A CASE STUDY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN INTERNAL DC INVERTER WATER COOLED CONDENSER AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IN A MODERN APARTMENT
Cool You have recently installed air conditioning in a three-bedroom apartment within The Landau, a prestigious residential apartment development situated in the heart of Fulham. Like many modern apartment buildings, there are large deep modern windows and very efficient insulation, so gets quite warm. The owners wished to have air conditioning but were not allowed to fit a traditional external condenser box, nor were they allowed to drill any holes in the external walls of the building.
The best solution to air condition this apartment was our energy-efficient DC inverter water-cooled internal condenser air conditioning system that allows everything to be retained within the property.
Four water-cooled internal condensers were installed in the boiler room area for this installation. They serve energy-efficient quiet DC inverter high wall units in the open plan kitchen/living room and all three bedrooms.
Our technical team connected and hid the refrigerant pipework between the condensers and the room units through adjoining walls and using the ceiling voids. There was minimal disruption to the existing decor within the apartment.
No planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems.
