INSTALLING FULLY INTERNAL WATER COOLED CONDENSERS TO AIR CONDITION APARTMENTS IN FULHAM

 

A prestigious residential apartment development situated in the heart of Fulham. Like many modern apartment buildings, The Landau has large deep modern windows and very efficient insulation, so gets quite warm. The owners wished to have air conditioning but were not allowed to fit a traditional external condenser box, nor were they allowed to drill any holes in the external walls of the building.

The best solution to air condition this new apartment was our energy-efficient DC inverter water-cooled internal condenser air conditioning system that allows everything to be retained within the apartment.

Two water-cooled condensers were installed in the boiler room area for this installation. These service energy-efficient quiet DC inverter high wall units in the open plan kitchen/living room area and in the master bedroom.

Our technical team connected the refrigerant pipework between the condenser and the room unit through adjoining walls with minimal disruption to the existing decor and hidden pipework.

No planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems in these apartments.

For this project, we installed:

2 x 3.5kw (12,000 Btu) DC Inverter water cooled condensers
2 x 3.5kw (12,000 Btu) DC Inverter cooling high wall units
