This apartment building is within the re-developed grade II listed Granada Cinema on St John’s Hill, Battersea. Our fully internal systems are the only solution available to the apartment owners.
Planned out by Cool You’s Technical Director, Savva after a WhatsApp survey, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in a utility cupboard serving the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. This was sufficient to efficiently neutralise the heat build-up throughout.
