See how we installed completely internal air conditioning to cool an open plan area of this apartment on a busy main road

This apartment owner was recommended to Cool You by a friend whose London home we had air-conditioned six months earlier. The Apartment is in a circa 1970’s converted building, with concrete ceilings, character exposed metal beams and above a row of shops. Following a phone discussion, a meeting site survey was made by Savva, our Managing Director, with the client present. The Open Plan Area includes the kitchen fronting onto Clerkenwell Road, a busy main road, with the Cool You Slim wall mount positioned to circulate into and cool the Master Bedroom.

Planned out by Savva, our specialist install team Completed the retrofit install in one day.

For this project, we installed:

• One 7kw (24,000btu) Mono DC Inverter Water Cooled  Condenser Serving
• Open Plan Area: 5.3kw (18,000btu) COOLING only High Wall Room Unit
