Eustace Building, Chelsea Bridge Wharf, SW8

Internal condenser air conditioning for apartments within the Eustace Building, a new riverside development within Chelsea Bridge Wharf

The Eustace Building is within Chelsea Bridge Wharf, a riverside development close to Sloane Square and Battersea Park.

We have recently completed several installations in this dockside apartment building. In all cases, the owners wished to have air conditioning, but due to building restrictions, they were not allowed to fit a traditional external condenser box or drill any holes in the external walls of the building.

The Cool You entirely internal solution was perfect.  Our energy-efficient DC inverter internal condenser air conditioning systems allow everything to be retained within our clients’ apartments.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, our specialist installation team completed each retrofit installation in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard. For most apartments, we specified a one-room unit as sufficient to neutralise the heat build-up efficiently throughout.

Using the ceiling void, our technical team hid the refrigerant pipework between the condenser and the room unit.

No planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems.

For these apartments, a typical install would be:
    ● A state-of-the-art DC Inverter Internal Condenser that serves a whisper-quiet High Wall Room Unit in the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area.
