We have recently completed installations of our fully internal air conditioning in Spring Apartments,  a recently completed apartment building. The apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows, contributing to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, after a FaceTime site survey, our specialist installation team completed each retrofit installation in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. A single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard in each case. The internal condenser serves a sleek high wall unit in the kitchen/living/dining area that efficiently neutralised the heat build-up throughout.
