Installation of a DC Inverter Dual Air Cooled Internal Condenser System in a Residential Property

Cool You have installed air conditioning as part of an upper conversion of a large house in Sevenoaks to a home cinema and separate games room. The house is situated in a conservation area with planning rules that did not allow a conventional external condenser to be used.

Cool You worked closely with the owner and his main contractor to provide an air conditioning solution that did not have an outside condenser box.

As it is possible to duct air to bespoke external roof vents, we specified a dual-split DC inverter air-cooled condenser connected to individual ducted fan coils for each newly created room.

Using a ducted system, everything is hidden within the roof area, and custom-made powder-coated grills, colour matched to the chosen decorative scheme, have been installed.

1 x 7kw (24,000 Btu) DC Inverter Dual Air Cooled Internal Condenser (cooling and heating)
2 x 3.5kw (12,000 Btu) Ducted units
