We have recently completed several installations in this contemporary apartment building, part of Greenwich’s prestigious River Gardens development. Like many contemporary apartments, Wyndham Apartments have large areas of floor-to-ceiling glass that contribute to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva (after video site surveys), our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day. There was minimal disruption for the owners, with their apartments left spotless. In each case, an internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom. This combination gave a perfect temperature throughout the apartments.
