Until the owners found Cool You, they had given up on air conditioning their apartments.

Planning restrictions prevented the use of traditional external condensers. Our entirely internal air conditioning systems were the only solution available. Our track record in Kensington and Chelsea and expertise in air conditioning apartments within conservation areas spoke for itself.

After a video site survey, the installations were planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva. Our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day. There was minimal disruption for the owners. After the installation, the apartments were left spotless and beautifully air-conditioned. In each case, a single multi-split internal condenser was installed in a utility cupboard serving the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom. This configuration efficiently neutralised the heat build-up throughout each apartment.
