Air Conditioning in Multiple Rooms in a Draycott Avenue Apartment in Chelsea

Cool You implemented an innovative solution by installing air conditioning in several rooms of a Draycott Avenue apartment. They used a multi-split, internal, water-cooled system designed specifically for London apartments. Building regulations made this approach necessary because the owner could not install a traditional external condenser box. They also couldn’t drill into the exterior walls.

After an extensive search, the owners chose Cool You and were impressed by our unique, water-cooled internal condenser air conditioning system. This system complied with all regulations and provided efficient cooling across multiple rooms without needing external components. As a result, it instilled confidence in the owners.

Air Conditioning in Multiple Rooms

For this project, we primarily focused on air conditioning in four rooms: three bedrooms and a living room. During the site survey, our engineers recommended a triple multi-split internal condenser for the three bedrooms and a single internal condenser for the living room. As a result, we tailored the solution to meet the client’s specific air-conditioning needs across multiple rooms.

We securely installed the multi-split condenser in the bathroom and enclosed it with matching cupboards. This setup effectively supported three high-wall room units, one in each bedroom. Each unit operated independently with its own infrared remote control. We strategically installed the internal condenser in the adjacent kitchen for the living room. This made it easy to conceal the pipework leading to the living room’s whisper-quiet high-wall unit.

Moreover, our team carefully planned the project to minimise disruption, and we completed the installation in just four working days. In addition, no planning permission was required for our internal condenser water-cooled air conditioning systems for multiple rooms, which streamlined the process for the client.

After the installation, the client expressed their delight, stating, “Thanks, Cool You. The systems are great and have been very well installed.” This satisfaction highlights our commitment to delivering high-quality service and products and reinforces our dedication to your project.

For this project, we installed:

• 1 x 3.8kw High Wall Unit
• 1 x 3.8kw Internal Water Condensing Unit
• 1 x Triple 5.4kw Multi-split Internal Water Condensing Unit
• 3 x 2.5kw High Wall Units, ideal for air conditioning in multiple rooms
