Cool You implemented an innovative solution by installing air conditioning in several rooms of a Draycott Avenue apartment. They used a multi-split internal water-cooled system specifically designed for London apartments. Due to building regulations, this approach was necessary because the owner could not install a traditional external condenser box. Furthermore, they could not drill into the exterior walls.

After an extensive search, the owners selected Cool You and were impressed by our unique internal condenser water-cooled air conditioning system. This system complied with all regulations and provided efficient cooling without needing external components throughout multiple rooms. Therefore, it instilled confidence in the owners.

Air Conditioning in Multiple Rooms

For this project, we primarily focused on air conditioning in four rooms: three bedrooms and a living room. During the site survey, our engineers recommended a triple multi-split internal condenser for the three bedrooms and a single internal condenser for the living room. As a result, we were able to tailor the solution to meet the client’s specific needs for air conditioning across multiple rooms.

We securely installed the multi-split condenser in the bathroom and enclosed it with matching cupboards. This setup effectively supported three high-wall room units, one in each bedroom. Each unit allowed for independent operation with individual infrared remote controls. We strategically installed the internal condenser in the adjacent kitchen for the living room. This made it easy to conceal the pipework leading to the living room’s high-wall unit.

Moreover, our team carefully planned the project to minimise disruption, and we completed the installation in just four working days. In addition, no planning permission was required for our internal condenser water-cooled air conditioning systems for multiple rooms, which streamlined the process for the client.
