With its south-facing orientation and expansive glass area, this apartment presented a unique challenge. Like many in similar buildings, the owner was restricted from installing a traditional external condenser box or drilling holes in the building’s walls. Understanding these limitations, we proposed our innovative water-cooled internal condenser air conditioning system, which allowed everything to be contained within the apartment.

At Cool You, we believe in the power of collaboration. We worked closely with the client, who was overseeing the refurbishment project, and their contractors. We installed the triple DC Inverter condenser in the utility cupboard, seamlessly integrating it with the apartment’s services.

Three quiet high-wall units were fitted in both bedrooms’ main living areas, and all pipework was installed within the ceiling void.
