When the owners decided to downsize to their spacious apartment at Prince Regent’s Court, they quickly recognised the need for a reliable air conditioning system. The apartment features a large glass façade that looks great but generates a lot of heat. This made it challenging to maintain a comfortable indoor climate. Additionally, the owners faced building restrictions that banned conventional external condenser units and any drilling into the exterior walls. Our innovative water-cooled internal condenser system was the perfect solution. It kept all components within the apartment and integrated seamlessly with the building’s existing services.

We carefully positioned the internal condensers to remain discreetly hidden during the refurbishment. Yet, they remained accessible for routine maintenance and servicing. We installed the air conditioning in the living room and the primary bedroom using ducted fan coil units. This setup efficiently distributed cool air without disrupting the apartment’s sleek interior. To enhance the design, we provided custom-made, aluminium powder-coated grills that matched the apartment’s colour scheme, ensuring a cohesive look. 

Notably, our air conditioning installation did not require any planning permission. This streamlined the process and allowed for a quick installation, making this air conditioning installation convenient and efficient.
