Julian Peyser
Managing Director
Founded by Julian in 2006 as a niche web-driven business, it quickly became apparent that the majority of enquiries and sales were coming from residential apartment owners in London. This soon became the central core of the business as it still is.
Always watching for trends, Julian oversees all marketing and together with his team and exclusive manufacturing partners, continuously researches and develops the best and most energy-efficient solutions for our customers.
Savva Zacharia
Technical Director
Savva heads the day to day running of the business, and together with Julian has worked relentlessly growing the business in London and the south-east.
A certified F-Gas engineer, with a strong engineering background Savva, leads a specialised team of F-Gas install engineers. The team are just as comfortable working in customers’ completely finished apartments and properties, as they are with refurbishment and development projects.
Savva also works closely with our manufacturing partners, consulting and advising on improvements and new solutions to further assist our customers.
Steven Hamilton
Technical Sales Support Manager
An engineer, all his life, starting out as an electrical fitter and later becoming an Electronics Engineer BSc (Hons), Steve has worked as a principal radiotherapy engineer in a world-renowned cancer treatment hospital. He has also supervised hardware support teams, of a global leading Radiotherapy machine manufacturer. He was responsible for instructing/coaching engineers and helping hospital physicists within Europe, Africa and Latin-America, often travelling to site to troubleshoot and resolve difficult problems. He joined Cool You Ltd in 2018 and now uses his acquired skills to support our customers, providing technical help and sales information to our clients.
Tesfa Kelly
Services Manager
Tes brings a wealth of experience with him in both Senior Administration & Technical Customer Service/Support, having worked in the Higher Education sector and for a Global Multi-Billion Pound Corporation specialising in Orbital Satellites. Originally hired to work on and improve our services and procedures, he has been instrumental in implementing our new CRM software and now heads up our rapidly growing Service Department.
Elisha Watkins
Service Co-ordinator
Elisha started her career in the air-conditioning industry in 2013, starting as an admin assistant and working her way up to Service Manager of a conventional air-conditioning company with full day to day running of the business. She joined Cool You in early-mid 2020 and uses her extensive experience and know-how to support the existing team.
Leigh Day
Financial Controller
Leigh is Joint Managing Partner of Leigh Graham Associates and is responsible for all aspects of the Cool You UK accounting functions.
Leigh and her team bring a range of skills and advice to the business, particularly in this current period of fast growth.
Chris Wheeler
Marketing & Design Consultant
Working closely with Julian, Chris is responsible for the day to day updating of Cool You UK’s website to make it continuously current and informative for all visitors. Chris also designs bespoke marketing materials and advertising campaigns for the company.
Chris brings a wealth of design experience to Cool You UK through his successful design consultancy based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
About Cool You - the Apartment Air Conditioning specialists in london
We are Cool You, the completely internal apartment air conditioning specialist in London.
Cool You supply and install a range of innovative completely internal air conditioning solutions designed for those who have been told they cannot have conventional air conditioning with an outside condenser.
Cool You was formed in 2006 for one simple reason, Julian and his wife had just sold their house which had conventional air conditioning and bought a town centre apartment. Wishing to install air conditioning in the property, they found they were not allowed to make holes to the outside of the property. Nor were they allowed to install an outside unit, even on the balcony.
After searching online, Julian found an early version of a completely internal system, bought it and had it installed. He then decided there and then to start a web-driven business offering completely internal conditioning systems. No other companies were offering such systems for the UK residential market.
From this small beginning to developing our own exclusive, energy-efficient systems, we have grown, year-on-year. Cool You are the leaders and only specialists in completely internal air conditioning solutions for apartments and listed properties in London.
Delivering Quality With Passion
Our specialist systems deliver the same quality and performance as conventional air conditioning systems.
The one key difference is that our air conditioning systems do not have an outside unit and do not require planning permission. This makes them an ideal solution for new-build apartments and listed properties in London, where external units are forbidden.
