As a crucial step, we expertly integrated the internal condensers into the utility cupboard located in the hallway. This installation featured a stylish custom-built shelf that elegantly housed the condensers. It allowed efficient connectivity to the apartment’s existing electrical and plumbing services. This ensured optimal water-based cooling at Boardwalk Place. Moreover, this thoughtful design prioritised a smooth installation. It minimised disruptions while preserving the apartment’s layout.

Ultra-quiet high-wall air conditioning units blend seamlessly with the apartment’s decor

We installed three ultra-quiet high-wall air conditioning units alongside the condenser units. Notably, these units seamlessly blended into the decor of the primary, secondary, and open-plan living room and kitchen at Boardwalk Place. Furthermore, the water-cooled units perfectly matched the aesthetic of the space. With expert concealment, we skillfully hid all the pipework within the ceiling void. This enhanced the visual appeal and resulted in an unobtrusive finish that maintained the architectural integrity.
