Cool You UK has successfully installed state-of-the-art, fully internal air conditioning systems within the Creekside apartment development in Greenwich, London. Over the past few years, we have installed air conditioning in many apartments in all four complexes: Adagio, The Atrium, Cavatina, and Vertex Tower.

In light of restrictions on traditional external condenser boxes and drilling holes in the building’s external walls, we introduced water-cooled internal condenser air conditioning systems. Importantly, these systems comply with regulations and offer cost-effective solutions, revolutionising the air conditioning setup within the apartments.

Furthermore, our meticulously designed air conditioning systems offer unparalleled convenience. Our dedicated installation team strategically placed condensers in the hall utility cupboards, connected to the services, and installed a quiet high-wall unit in each apartment’s kitchen/living area. This unit, designed for minimal noise, exemplifies our commitment to seamless integration and resident comfort.

Furthermore, the utility cupboards’ proximity to the air-conditioned rooms facilitated pipework running through the ceiling voids. We also incorporated provisions for a future installation of a second unit, minimising disruptions to living spaces. And the best part? Obtaining planning permission was not necessary to install these air conditioning systems, relieving the residents of unnecessary stress and delays.
