    Like many modern apartment buildings, The Triangle features high insulation levels and a large glass area, causing solar gain. This combination can lead to heat building up inside with nowhere to go. Additionally, the location near Tower Bridge and London Bridge station makes opening windows impractical due to traffic noise and pollution.

    The owners faced specific challenges. For instance, fitting a traditional external condenser box was not an option, and they wanted to avoid drilling holes in the walls.

    Air Conditioning Flats in The Triangle To Tackle Heat Build Up and Solar Gain

    We implemented our unique internal water-cooled condenser air conditioning system to solve these issues. This system provides a practical and efficient cooling solution tailored specifically for this property. It effectively resolves the heat issue while keeping everything contained within the apartment. Thus, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free experience for the owners.

    For the installation, we placed a water-cooled internal condenser within the kitchen units. This condenser links to a quiet and energy-efficient DC inverter high wall unit in the living room. Our experienced engineers are dedicated to delivering the best service. They focus on a nonintrusive installation process, which helps keep stress levels low for the owners. They connected the refrigerant pipework between the condenser and the room unit within a false wall. This approach minimises disruption to the existing decor. Importantly, the installation took just one day in all cases.

    Additionally, no planning permission was required to install our air conditioning systems in this apartment, which simplified the process for the owners.
