A CASE STUDY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRIPLE INTERNAL DC INVERTER WATER COOLED CONDENSERS TO AIR CONDITION A MODERN APARTMENT
Cool You have installed air conditioning in four apartments within a modern residential development situated on the edge of Hampstead and Finchley Road.
As with many apartment buildings, the owners were not allowed to fit traditional external condenser boxes, nor were they allowed to drill any holes in the external walls of the building.
The most appropriate solution available to the owners was our internal condenser air conditioning systems that allows everything to be retained within the apartment.
The multi-split water-cooled internal condenser was installed in each of the apartments’ hall utility cupboards. Quiet DC inverter high wall units were fitted in the kitchen/living area and bedrooms of the apartments.
Our engineers were able to run the refrigerant pipework through the ceiling voids between the condenser and the room units thus causing minimal disruption to the existing decor.
No planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems in these apartments. Approval was sort and given by the landlords.
For these projects we installed:
1 x Triple-split 7kw DC Inverter Internal Water Condensing Unit serving…
Open-plan Living room / Kitchen:
1 x 5.3kw High Wall Unit
Master Bedroom: 1 x 2.6kw High Wall Unit
Bedroom 2: 1 x 2.6kw High Wall Unit
All rooms with individual infra red remote controls
