Air Conditioning In Tiggap House
We have recently installed our fully internal air conditioning in Tiggap House. This building is part of the Enderby Wharf development a vibrant new quarter in Greenwich, SE10. Tiggap House is situated close to the River Thames in the historic Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Like many new apartment buildings in London, the apartments in Tiggap House have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with full-height windows. The windows provide plenty of natural light, but they do contribute to considerable heat build-up. This really became apparent to our clients when they recently started working from home.
The systems were planned out by Cool You’s Technical Director, Savva after a video site survey. He had to accommodate the need for a more comfortable home working environment in the apartments.
Our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day. There was minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard and pipework was concealed in the roof void. The condensers serve sleek high wall units in the kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom. Both room units efficiently neutralised the heat build-up and made the client’s home office comfortable and efficient.
For apartments in Tiggap House, a typical install would be:
● A state of the art dual-split DC Inverter Internal Condenser that serve whisper-quiet High Wall Room Units in the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom/home office.
