The prices shown are per room and include the full supply and installation, commissioning along with a bullet-proof 5-year parts and labour warranty - subject to a signed ongoing maintenance agreement.
Our maintenance costs per visit are £150+VAT (£180 inc. VAT) for a single unit, then £50+VAT (£60 inc. VAT) per additional unit. The first maintenance is scheduled six months after installation and then yearly thereafter.

Whether you decide to do one or all rooms we will provide you with a single appropriately sized condenser that allows you full independent control of each room. Every time we up-size the condenser to add an additional unit the condenser becomes more sophisticated and complex and more than doubles in price, hence why we charge on a per room basis - This is not a cost-saving exercise, it's a space-saving exercise.
