RETRO-FITTING OF AIR CONDITIONING WITHIN PLANTATION WHARF APARTMENT TO AIR-CONDITION BEDROOMS AND OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA

Our Clients have owned this apartment for 23 years. Though they don’t live in it full time, A particularly hot London summer tipped them over the edge, as spending even one night in the apartment was unbearable. They were recommended to contact us, and following a phone discussion, Savva, our Technical Director, conducted a site survey with the client present. While they could have retro-fitted air conditioning in stages, they decided to air-condition their Bedrooms and open-plan living area.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team Completed the retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption.

For this project, we installed:

● One 7kw (24,000btu) Triple room DC Inverter Water Cooled Condenser Serving

● Master Bedroom: 3.5kw (12,000btu) COOLING only High Wall Room Unit

● Bedroom 2: 3.5kw (12,000btu) COOLING only High Wall Room Unit

● Living / Dining Room: 3.5kw (12,000btu) COOLING only High Wall Room Unit
