When Julian Peyser first started Cool You UK in 2006, the business was primarily focused around his hometown of Stratford-upon-Avon. However, it was quickly realised that the innovative air conditioning solutions the company was supplying and installing were frequently requested by owners of apartments and listed properties within the London market.

No planning permission usually required

As experts in air conditioning, we understand the difficulties of obtaining planning permission in London. This can be increasingly more difficult if the property you wish to air condition is a Grade II listed building or it is in a conservation area.

As we understand the problems associated with obtaining permission to install air conditioning, we design all of our air conditioning solutions to be able to be installed without the need to obtain planning permission.
