Full Internal Water Cooled Condenser Air Conditioning Case Study

Cool You UK have recently installed air conditioning within an apartment in the award winning Bennets Courtyard adjacent to the River Wandle in southwest London.

As with many new apartment developments, the owner was not allowed to fit a traditional external condenser box, nor was he allowed to drill any holes in the external walls of the building. The solution was our revolutionary internal condenser water cooled air conditioning system that allows everything to be retained within the apartment.

The water condenser was installed in the apartments’ bathroom utility cupboard and plumbed into the water system. A quiet high wall unit was fitted above a wardrobe in the master bedroom. In this case, the utility cupboard in the bathroom was situated adjacent to the room being air conditioned so we were able to run the pipework through the ceiling void, keeping everything hidden.

No planning permission was required to fit our internal condenser water cooled air conditioning system. This was a simple standard apartment installation that cost £4,650 + VAT, supplied and fully Installed and working within one working day.
