The installation of a shop air conditioning system within a pharmacy in London.

When the owners of Chelsea Pharmacy wanted to improve both customer experience and the staff working environment, they had to find a solution that conformed with planning restrictions.

As existing customers, Chelsea Pharmacy has a single water cooled system for their main retail area, plus, a triple water cooled system servicing wall mounted room units within their lower ground floor medical consulting rooms.

This installation was to provide air conditioning for their on-site laboratory.

Our solution was to supply and install a mono split DC inverter air cooled internal condenser – that is ducted externally through an existing grill that was already in position – which serves a high wall fan coil in the laboratory.

For this project we installed:

Retail Area:
1 x high wall air conditioning unit
1 x 7kw water condensing unit

Laboratory Area:
1 x 3.5kw (13,000btu) Air Cooled Mono-split Internal Condenser
1 x High Wall Air Conditioning Unit
