We have recently completed installations in Clive Court, a prestigious Edwardian mansion block. Although unlisted, it lies within the Maida Vale Conservation area and is subject to planning restrictions. Our entirely internal systems are the only solution available to the apartment owners.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, an internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom. This combination gave a perfect temperature throughout the apartments.
