A Case Study for the Installation of Completely Internal AC Systems to Air Condition Apartments in Crown Reach, Pimlico

This award-winning apartment building is adjacent to the River Thames. They have great views of the river but significant solar gain. Our recent installations were part of refurbishments within the apartments that allowed for a concealed ducted solution in multiple rooms.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team worked closely with the client’s contractors throughout the refurbishments.

For these apartments, a typical install would be:

● Two DC Inverter condensers concealed in the utility cupboard that serves the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area and bedrooms with concealed ducted room units. Custom grilles were provided to complement the interior design within each apartment.
