In all cases, the owners desperately wanted air conditioning in their master bedrooms. Still, the apartments were subject to very strict planning restrictions, and no form of an external condenser or the drilling of external holes was allowed. We were approached specifically because of our expertise in air conditioning apartments within listed buildings.
After discussions with the clients, the only retrofit air conditioning solution available was our A** rated energy efficient DC inverter water cooled internal condensers that allow everything to be retained within the property.
To date, projects have been a mixture of simple retrofit installs and others being part of a complete refurbishment.
For these projects, we installed:
Master Bedrooms: 2 x 2.7kw complete packaged water condensing console units
Second Bedrooms: 1 x 2.7kw complete packaged water condensing console unit
Kitchens: 1 x Split System. 2.7kw water condensing unit serving 1 High wall unit in the kitchen
