Internal (Water Cooled Condenser) Air Conditioning in Dickens Yard Apartments

 

Cool You UK have installed air conditioning in several apartments at Dickens Yard, A stylish and distinctive new residential quarter with unique, well-designed flats and penthouses in Ealing near Central London.

As a new apartment development, the owners were not allowed to fit a traditional external condenser box nor drill any holes in the external walls of the building. The solution was our revolutionary water-cooled air conditioning system that allows everything to be retained within the apartment.

The water condenser was installed in the apartments’ hall utility cupboard and plumbed into the water system. A quiet high wall unit was fitted in the kitchen/living area of the apartment. In this case, the utility cupboard adjacent to the room is air-conditioned to run the pipework through the ceiling void.

Our client intends to let the apartment and asked us to fit an inline water meter. So that water usage can be monitored.

No planning permission was required to fit our water-cooled air conditioning system.
