Our full internal water cooled condensers make the perfect air con solution for apartments where an outside condenser box and external vents are not an option.
All components of our water cooled air con solutions are contained within the property that you wish to be air conditioned.
For aesthetic and practical reasons, we conceal the condensing box out of view. This is usually under the kitchen sink or within a storage cupboard.
For cooling and heat extraction, we utilise your apartment’s mains water and drainage system. The condenser is connected to a wall or is ceiling mounted, resulting in a high level of comfort, low noise and cost effective installation.
