From our experience, we have found that most commercial buildings can have conventional external condenser air conditioning. If this is the case, you should first consult with a reputable local air conditioning (HVAC) specialist to confirm this as it will be a lot cheaper.

FULLY INTERNAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
Our fully internal air conditioning systems provide air conditioning without the need for any external units. Utilising an internal condenser, this replaces the outside condenser used within standard air conditioning systems. Whilst termed water cooled, the only water involved in our fully internal air conditioning systems is within the highly energy efficient DC Inverter internal condenser unit. This system then uses the most up-to-date refrigerant pipework from the internal condenser unit to the room units.
